About the Brands

  • Milk from Bioland farmers
  • Always free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers
  • No GMOs
  • No artificial flavors, colors, or preservative

Introduced to Europe by Holle, Lebenswert formulations are simple, avoid unnecessary ingredients, but remain nutritionally complete. Each product is the result of Bioland Farming. Under this farming method man, animal and land are valued and respected. Organic Bioland farmers stand for species-appropriate stock breeding, plant protection and soil fertilization without chemical or synthetic agents. There is never use of hormones, pesticides, herbicides, GMO or synthetically derived ingredients. The balance with nature is one of the reasons for the superior quality of the milk used in Lebenswert bio.

  • Milk from cows raised on biodynamic (Demeter) farms. This means the cows can graze happily, the environment is happier, and the resulting products make babes happier
  • Always free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers
  • No GMOs
  • No synthetically derived ingredients
  • No added refined sugar
  • No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives

In 1933 Holle was founded as a specialty food processing company focused on superior quality and taking the utmost care in each step of their process from farming to consumption. They were pioneers in rejecting chemical process and preservatives from the very beginning. Today, they maintain their motto of “Love, Comfort and Holle" by setting exceptional standards.

In additional to the goodness and purity always offered by Holle, these goat’s milk formulations offer even more! Here are a couple reasons they’re so special: with smaller proteins and less lactose than cow’s milk, goat’s milk is generally easier to digest. For the many babes with allergies to cow’s milk (often due to the A1 Casein protein), solace may be found with these formulations, since the amount of A1 Casein is much less. Those with lactose intolerance (a carbohydrate allergy) may also find relief of the associated pain and discomfort after making the switch to Holle’s goat milk formulas, since goat’s milk contains lower levels of lactose than cow’s milk.
